Sydney City Psychology is a private practice that helps people to live well, as their authentic selves, even when life isn’t going to plan.

Their previous branding didn’t reflect the professionalism, nor the core values and efficacy of the brand. SCP approached us with the aim to reposition themselves as the trustworthy, compassionate, empowering and supportive team they are.
our approach

We kicked off with their brand strategy. This entailed a 3hr strategy session where Natalie facilitated the founder (also Nat) and her team though a free-flowing session of brainstorming and workshopping their brand vision, mission, point of difference, so on.
Our feedback from the client after this session: “This reminds me of sessions with our own clients, but reversed”.
After our session, we got to work on developing their strategy, including tone of voice documentation. This entailed further research into their industry & competitors and nail that unique positioning for SCP.
In an industry often perceived as sterile and clinical, we aimed to shift this perspective.
Understanding the psychographics of their audience, we uncovered the underlying motivations that guide individuals from recognising the need for help >>> to seeking out the *right* psychology clinic.
We built SCP’s new brand around this.
