How is NP Creative different from other branding studios?

We’re not a typical “agency”, rather a collective of senior freelancers working under different roofs. You’re not handed to a junior after the first meeting. Natalie leads every project, start to finish. At this price point, that’s rarer than it should be.

What does a strategic rebrand actually involve?

It starts with strategy. Getting clear on your positioning, your ideal clients, and what your brand needs to communicate. Then comes identity design, applied across your website, collateral, and wherever else your business needs to show up. The strategy is what makes the design do its job.

How long does a rebrand take?

We offer both branding & rebranding services. Our brand intensive is our shortest package ranging 1-2 weeks, focused on designing something quick, efficient and reflective of your brand – without strategy. This is meant for startups or small businesses that need something quick to show an investor, or launch their business.

Most strategic projects are delivered over 6–14 weeks, depending on scope. You’ll get a clear timeline upfront – no surprises here.

Do you work with businesses outside of Australia?

Absolutely. We work with clients across Australia and internationally. The process is built to work remotely, with the occasional in-person session (or Zoom call) when it genuinely adds something.
